By accessing the website for The Bedlinen Drawer Company Ltd and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


You will be charged for your purchase at point of ordering. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days-unless we have notified you that your order cannot be processed for any of/but not limited to the following reasons:

(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error

Delivery & Damages Policy

Each customer is entitled to a 14 day period to return an unopened item for a full (excluding shipping charge) refund. Please contact our customer service department by phone or email before returning the item. We can only refund the item once we have received the item back into stock and using the original credit card.

Postage costs for “change of mind” items will be at the customer’s expense. We will only refund delivery/postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our part as shipping charges are paid to an external courier company and are non-refundable.

Orders are subject to a €5 postage/delivery charge and will be added on to your basket at checkout.

Goods are shipped using a courier service and can take up to 5 days for delivery depending on deliveries in your area.

Please ensure that you inspect all purchases within 24 hours of accepting delivery and report any damages via email or phone. If you need to return the product – it will be refunded within 2 working days of receipt, provided it is in re-saleable condition.
